If you have certain suggestions or concerns, this is the way to go to share them:
- Contact the appropriate team manager or general manager. Looking for the right contact information? No worries you can find them here .
- Agenda an item with the Operational Board. Agenda items can be delivered in advance via karen@ovo.be. If necessary, the Operational Board can put an item on the agenda of the Board of Directors (which meets 4 times a year).
- Psychosocial well-being:
- As a company, we attach importance to the psychosocial well-being of and a pleasant working environment for our volunteers. Volunteers should also be able to turn to a confidential advisor if they have been the victim of incidents. Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs works together for this purpose with: IDEWE (016/39.04.38 or pschychosociale.leuven@idewe.be).
- Certain incidents must also be kept in a register and reported to us. We have a register for unwanted, cross-border behavior and aggression. If you have been victimized, you can download and fill it out here and take your complaint to someone from OVO's permanent team.
